The order form is considered to be a contract, by completing the order Rojo&Co to book the event or instructing us to complete the order form you are instructing Rojo&Co to book the activity on your behalf.
In the case of telephone bookings we will read out the order form to you and your payment signifies the order form being made. The contract is complete when we return the booking confirmation to you.
You will be notified of any restrictions before the event, these may include sex, age, height, weight or health restrictions. You may also be notified of the suitability of an event. More information is available on request.
After an order form has been completed, we will send you or a relevant person the invoice for the activity.
